Suites Malecon Cancun

Great location in the middle of downtown, the staff is amazing and I felt safe everywhere . You have everything you need for a comfortable stay, however, you will not be close to the beach, be prepared with an extra budget if you need to spend some days at the beach and knowing Spanish is a plus since you will have a local experience a bit far away from the confort_hotel zone

We stayed in room 303 for 4 nights. It was 5 of us including 3 little kids. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome. Our check in was delayed due to being booked out for new years. We were offered late check out and a bottle of wine. The suite it self was nice and clean. Plenty of space. Room service was staff were also great. This hotel is perfect for families as the Mall is right below. We had plenty of activities to keep our kids entertained. The location is very central if you want to check out local / tourist spots. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families to stay at.

Great location next to the Americas Mall. Nice outdoor pool to get your laps and vitamin D on. Rooms were adequate and clean.

The stay was great only there was constant loud music in the evenings, making it difficult to recover with rest from my dental procedure. The room was great, service could improve. My husband and I were given two bath towels and one wash cloth second night and then no wash clothes. So we purchased some. The view was great.

I unfortunately wasn’t able to stay at Suites Malecón Cancún due to an unexpected issue, but I was extremely impressed with their service and kindness. I contacted the property through Booking.com, explained my situation, and they immediately understood and approved a full cancellation with no charges. Their reply was very professional, warm and compassionate. Even though I couldn’t enjoy the hotel this time, this level of customer care says a lot about how they treat their guests. I will definitely choose Suites Malecón Cancún for my next trip to Cancún and I highly recommend them for their excellent and human customer service.

I stayed alone at Suites Malecon Cancún and experienced the property as safe, quiet and well maintained. Daniel welcomed me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The location next to Plaza Las Américas is extremely practical with taxis, food options, pharmacies and shops right outside the building. The internet connection in unit 401 was excellent, with a hybrid setup (fiber + coax) that provided stable and fast coverage throughout the stay. Security in the building is solid, and the Wi-Fi performance makes it suitable for work as well. A very good choice for solo travelers, couples, and longer stays. Susanne, Norway

We have now stayed at Malecón Suites for the third time, and it continues to exceed our expectations every single visit. We typically stay for two to three weeks at a time, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is absolutely perfect — centrally located and just steps away from everything you could possibly need. Being right along the promenade with breathtaking views of the Cancun ocean and lagoon makes every morning and evening special. We always book the two-bedroom suite, which is fantastic. The full kitchen is extremely convenient for longer stays, the layout is spacious and comfortable, and the views from the suite are simply wonderful. It’s ideal whether you’re staying for a few days or a few weeks. The service is consistently excellent — friendly, professional, and attentive. The property is safe, clean, and very well maintained. For the value, you truly cannot beat it. It offers great comfort, incredible views, and a prime location at a very fair price. We will absolutely continue coming back. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Malecon Suits (Vancouver Tower) for 5 days. I chose one of their cheaper room options because it was just my boyfriend and I and we weren't going to be spending a lot of time in the room. I read some bad reviews about this place which had me seconding guessing my booking however when we stayed there we found nothing to complain about. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The room was clean and outfitted with shampoo/lotion etc as well as microwave, kettle, mini fridge. There was no balcony in the room we stayed in and the window was a bit on the small side and not made to open. You can see the view from the windows in my pics. There's no breakfast (nor any meal plan) served at the hotel but because it's attached to the mall there were a variety of food options readily available. We loved the location of the hotel and the fact that the mall was in close proximity was a plus. Taxis are available in the car park of the mall and are relatively cheap and will take you almost anywhere, but ensure they tell you the fare before getting in because we've been told a different price by a dishonest driver during a trip. Taxis will also drop you off in front the hotel when you're returning. There is a pool and courtyard, the pool is quite long and usually doesn't have much people, we had the pool to ourselves at nights. There is no beach close by, there is a view of the lagoon from the room but you will definitely need to take a taxi or rent a vehicle to get to the beach. I've uploaded pics of the view. I read reviews about extremely loud noise at nights from a nearby club which made sleeping difficult but it was quiet on all the nights during our stay. We both enjoyed staying at this hotel because of the location and price and may stay there again on our next trip.
